Beyond Menu Referral Program – Terms & Conditions



1. Program Overview

The Beyond Menu Referral Program (“Referral Program”) allows existing Beyond Menu partner restaurants (“Referring Restaurant”) to refer other prospective restaurant partners (“Referred Restaurant”) to the Beyond Menu platform.

Under this program, the Referring Restaurant is eligible to receive a one-time $500 referral bonus (“Referral Bonus”), subject to the eligibility criteria outlined below. The Referred Restaurant does not receive a referral bonus under this program.

Participation in the Referral Program is subject to these Terms & Conditions and the terms of the Beyond Menu Partner Agreement.

2. Referral Submission & Consent

Referrals must be submitted through the designated Beyond Menu referral form provided by Beyond Menu.

By submitting a referral, the Referring Restaurant represents and warrants that:

  • It has a direct relationship with the Referred Restaurant
  • It has obtained permission from the Referred Restaurant to share their contact information with Beyond Menu for business outreach purposes
  • The information submitted is accurate and belongs to a legitimate business decision-maker

Referring Restaurant acknowledges that Beyond Menu may contact the Referred Restaurant via phone, email, or SMS for business purposes.

Referrals that contain false, misleading, or unauthorized information may be disqualified at Beyond Menu’s sole discretion.

3. Term

The Referral Program begins on May 1st, 2026 and may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time by Beyond Menu in its sole discretion.

4. Eligibility

Referring Restaurant Eligibility

  • Must be a current Beyond Menu partner restaurant in good standing, located in the United States (excluding Puerto Rico)
  • May not submit a referral for its own business, any affiliated entity, additional locations, ghost kitchens, or franchises under common ownership
  • Must submit referrals through the official referral process

Referred Restaurant Eligibility

The Referred Restaurant must meet all of the following criteria for the Referring Restaurant to qualify for the Referral Bonus:

  • Is located in the United States (excluding Puerto Rico)
  • Has not previously signed up for or operated under a Beyond Menu account or any related entity or affiliated platform (including, but not limited to, QMenu)
  • Is not an active lead in Beyond Menu’s systems at the time of referral submission, defined as:
    • Having completed a demo within the past 30 days, OR
    • Having been contacted by Beyond Menu sales (call, email, or SMS) within the past 30 days, OR
    • Having been sent a contract within the past 30 days
  • Signs up through the Beyond Menu sales or onboarding process attributable to the referral
  • Completes activation within 45 days of referral submission

Activation Definition

Activation is defined as the Referred Restaurant becoming fully operational on the Beyond Menu platform, as determined by Beyond Menu, including successful billing and/or order processing activity.

Ongoing Requirements

To qualify for the Referral Bonus:

  • The Referred Restaurant must remain active and in good standing on the Beyond Menu platform for three (3) consecutive months following Activation.
  • The Referred Restaurant must complete Link Insertion by placing the Beyond Menu ordering link in the “Website” button on its Google Business Profile. The Website button must direct users either (i) directly to the Beyond Menu white-label ordering site, or (ii) to the restaurant’s own website, provided that such website contains a clear and accessible “Order Online” or equivalent call-to-action that directs users to the Beyond Menu ordering site.
  • The Beyond Menu ordering link must remain active through the qualification period

Each individual restaurant location under common ownership or common control will be treated as a separate Referred Restaurant for purposes of this Referral Program. If multiple eligible locations owned or controlled by the same referred ownership group are referred and successfully onboarded in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, the Referring Restaurant may receive a separate Referral Bonus for each qualifying location. For the avoidance of doubt, locations that do not share common ownership or common control with the referred ownership group will not qualify for additional Referral Bonuses, even if they operate under the same brand, franchise, or trade name.

Beyond Menu reserves the right to review and determine, in its sole discretion, whether multiple locations qualify as part of the same referred ownership group and whether any Referral Bonus is payable with respect to such locations.

5. Bonus Payment

The Referring Restaurant will receive a one-time $500 Referral Bonus once all eligibility requirements have been met, including:

  • Activation by the Referred Restaurant
  • Completion of three (3) consecutive months by Referred Restaurant as a paying partner, in good standing.
  • Completion and maintenance of Link Insertion during the qualification period by the Referred Restaurant.

Following verification of eligibility, Beyond Menu’s finance and operations teams will process bonus payments for qualifying referrals within 60 days.

Referral Bonuses will be distributed via a third-party rewards platform (currently Tremendous). Eligible Referring Restaurants will receive an email containing a redemption link, through which they may select their preferred reward option (e.g., prepaid digital card, merchant gift card, or similar options made available through the platform).

Beyond Menu is not responsible for the availability, terms, or conditions of reward options provided by the third-party platform.

Beyond Menu reserves the right to withhold, delay, or deny payment if any eligibility criteria are not met or if the referral is deemed invalid.

6. Duplicate Referrals & Attribution

In the event that multiple Referring Restaurants submit the same Referred Restaurant:

  • Credit will generally be assigned to the first valid referral submission
  • A referral will only be considered valid if the Referred Restaurant demonstrates engagement (e.g., responds to outreach, participates in a demo, or proceeds through the sales process)

Beyond Menu reserves the right to reassign referral credit if the initial referral is determined to be invalid, fraudulent, lacking a legitimate relationship, or otherwise non-compliant.

All decisions regarding referral attribution are made at Beyond Menu’s sole discretion and are final.

7. Restrictions & Misconduct

Beyond Menu reserves the right to withhold or invalidate Referral Bonuses obtained through error, fraudulent activity, illegal conduct, or violation of these Terms & Conditions or any other applicable agreement with Beyond Menu. Beyond Menu may also withhold payment of Referral Bonuses if the Referred or Referring Restaurant is deactivated for fraud or other misconduct.

The Referral Program is void where prohibited by law.

8. General Discretion

Beyond Menu reserves the right to interpret, apply, and enforce these Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion.

Beyond Menu may approve, deny, or adjust any referral, eligibility determination, or payout decision based on its evaluation of:

  • Referral validity
  • Lead quality
  • Sales process involvement
  • Program integrity

All decisions made by Beyond Menu regarding the Referral Program are final.

9. Modification & Termination

Beyond Menu reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time, for any reason, without notice.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

In the event of any dispute between the parties, the Restaurant consents to exclusive jurisdiction in state or federal courts serving Gwinnett County, Georgia. This agreement shall also be governed by Georgia law (exclusive of Georgia’s conflict of law rules). Either party may terminate this agreement without cause upon thirty (30) days’ written notice to the other party.
