Eligibility

The Beyond Menu $1,500 Gift Card Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the United States, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Officers, directors, managers, and employees of Beyond Menu LLC (the “Sponsor”), and each of its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and related companies and their respective advertising and promotion agencies, consultants and agents, as well as immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each such person, and any others engaged in the development, production, execution or distribution of this Sweepstakes are not eligible to enter. The Sweepstakes is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

Sponsor

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Beyond Menu LLC, located at 115 Perimeter Center Pl #1025, Atlanta, GA 30346.

Sponsorship and Scope of Sweepstakes

This Sweepstakes, including any promotional displays or advertisements, is solely sponsored and conducted by Beyond Menu LLC, regardless of the involvement or mention of any third-party restaurants or partners. While promotional materials may appear on various restaurant websites, apps and marketing materials that utilize Beyond Menu's technology, these restaurants are not sponsors of the Sweepstakes. Participation in the Sweepstakes grants you entry into a collective pool of entries from the entire Beyond Menu network, not just from any single restaurant. The probability of winning is based on the total number of entries received across the entire Beyond Menu platform and not confined to individual participating locations.

Agreement to Official Rules

Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrants’ full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.

Definitions and Promotion Language

In marketing and promotional materials, this Sweepstakes may be referred to as the '$1,500 Giveaway' for simplicity and promotional appeal. All references to the '$1,500 Giveaway' should be understood as referring to the Beyond Menu $1,500 Gift Card Sweepstakes as detailed in these Official Rules.

Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on April 1, 2025, at 12:00 AM Central Standard Time and ends on May 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM Central Standard Time (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Entries that are submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will be disqualified.

How to Enter

Eligible Platforms for Entry: For purchase-based entries, Sweepstakes entries are valid only when made through the official Beyond Menu app or any restaurant-specific white label ordering websites hosted by Beyond Menu, and participants must select the sweepstakes opt-in checkbox at checkout to qualify. Entries made through any other platforms or without checking the opt-in checkbox at checkout will not be considered valid for this Sweepstakes. Ensure participation through these specified platforms and by actively opting in at checkout to be eligible for entry into the Sweepstakes.

1. Purchase Entry: Entrants can earn one (1) entry for every order placed on Beyond Menu’s platform by selecting the sweepstakes opt-in checkbox at checkout during the Sweepstakes Period. Each order with the checkbox selected counts as a separate entry.
2. App Order Entry (Enhanced Entry Opportunity): Participants who place an order through the Beyond Menu app and opt into the sweepstakes at checkout will receive five (5) entries for each qualifying purchase. One order per day, per participant, will be eligible for the 5x entries during the Sweepstakes Period. Participants must actively choose to participate in the sweepstakes by selecting the appropriate opt-in checkbox during the checkout process to qualify for enhanced entries.
3. Mail-in Entry (No Purchase Necessary): Participation in the sweepstakes is open to all eligible individuals without the need to make a purchase. To enter without making a purchase, handwrite your full name, complete address, email address, phone number, and the words “$1,500 Gift Card Sweepstakes Entry” on a postcard and mail it to: Beyond Menu $1,500 Gift Card Sweepstakes, 115 Perimeter Center Pl #1025, Atlanta, GA 30346. Any entry that does not legibly contain the correct information above will be disqualified. Each postcard is considered one entry. Multiple entries must be mailed separately. No more than one mail-in entry per day from a single address will be accepted. No form of photocopied, mechanically reproduced, or automated entries are allowed. Entries must be postmarked during the Sweepstakes Period and received no later than four business days after the Sweepstakes ends to be eligible. Entries postmarked by May 31, 2025, but received after the allowed four business days will not be eligible for the drawing. This ensures all entries are treated fairly and within a reasonable timeframe.
4. Mail-in Entry (No Purchase Necessary Enhanced Entry Opportunity): For a 5x entry multiplier, clearly write “5X Entry Multiplier - $1,500 Gift Card Sweepstakes Entry” on a separate postcard along with your name, address, email, and phone number and mail it to: Beyond Menu $1,500 Gift Card Sweepstakes, 115 Perimeter Center Pl #1025, Atlanta, GA 30346. Any entry that does not legibly contain the correct information above will be disqualified. Each enhanced entry will count as five entries, with a limit of one enhanced entry per day per address. Like standard entries, these must be postmarked during the Sweepstakes Period and received within four business days after its conclusion.

Entry Multipliers

During the Sweepstakes Period, the Sponsor may (but is not required to) offer additional opportunities to multiply the number of entries earned. These opportunities are known as Entry Multipliers. Entry Multipliers may vary, such as 2X, 5X, 10X, 20X, 30X, or 40X.

1. Online Purchase Multipliers: When an Entry Multiplier is active, any eligible purchase entry made during the specified timeframe of the multiplier will be multiplied by the announced factor. For example, if a 10X multiplier is active, a single purchase entry will count as ten entries. To benefit from an Entry Multiplier, any eligible purchase must be completed between 12:00 AM CST and 11:59 PM CST on the designated multiplier day.
2. Mail-In Entry Multipliers: To take advantage of an Entry Multiplier without making a purchase, you must clearly write the words “ENTRY MULTIPLIER” along with the specific multiplier (e.g., "10X Entry Multiplier") on the bottom right-hand corner of your mail-in postcard envelope. The postmark date must correspond to the date the Entry Multiplier is active and must be received within five days after the multiplier period ends. If the last day of the multiplier period falls on a Sunday or federal holiday, the mail-in entry must be postmarked the next business day. Each correctly submitted mail-in entry during an active Entry Multiplier period will receive the number of entries corresponding to the multiplier. For instance, a mail-in entry submitted under a 10X multiplier will count as ten entries.

The timing and duration of Entry Multiplier offers are at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and will be announced via the Sponsor’s website, social media pages, the Beyond Menu app, or email. Participants are encouraged to monitor these platforms regularly to take advantage of Entry Multipliers.

Winner Selection

A random drawing will be conducted on or about June 15, 2025, by Sponsor or its designated representatives, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning will vary depending on the number of eligible entries received.

Winner Notification and Acceptance

Potential winners will be notified by email or phone within five days of the drawing. To claim the prize, winners must comply with all terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules. Upon notification, winners must respond within 24 hours to confirm their acceptance and provide a mailing address for the delivery of a promotional item, which is to be used for a required photo submission. The promotional item has no monetary value and is intended solely for promotional use.

Winners have 5 days from the receipt of the promotional item to take a photo with it and send it back to us via the same email or text address from which we contact them. Submission of this photo is mandatory to receive the actual prize.

Failure to respond within 24 hours, return the prize notification as undeliverable, provide an appropriate photo within 5 days of receiving the promotional item, or noncompliance with these Official Rules will result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.

Should a winner have a valid reason that prevents them from fulfilling the photo requirement (such as privacy concerns or a disability), an alternative method of compliance may be arranged. This alternative could involve a written testimonial or another form of compliance that respects the winner's circumstances while still meeting promotional needs.

Prize

The prize consists of one (1) $1,500 Visa Gift Card. The approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize is $1,500. No substitution, assignment, or transfer of the prize is permitted, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of comparable or greater value. All prize-related expenses, including federal, state, and local taxes, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize distribution is contingent upon the winner fulfilling all requirements herein.

Publicity

Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the winner's name, likeness, entry, and any statements made regarding the prize for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. Alternative compliance methods provided by winners may also be used for promotional purposes.

General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Liability Release

By entering the Sweepstakes you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Sweepstakes; (iii) electronic or human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (iv) technical errors of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (v) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (vi) printing errors; (vii) lost, late, postage due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail.

Dispute Resolution

Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the state of Georgia. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrants’ rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Georgia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Georgia or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Georgia.

Severability

If any term or condition of these Official Rules is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect any other term or condition.

Changes to Sweepstakes Rules

The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes without prior notice at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to if it determines that the Sweepstakes cannot be executed as planned, or in the event of any error, omission, technical problem, fraud, or external circumstance that affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In the event of any such modification, suspension, or termination, the Sponsor will post the updated rules on the Sweepstakes entry page and will make reasonable efforts to notify participants of the changes. Entrants are encouraged to review the Official Rules periodically during the Sweepstakes Period to stay informed of any changes.

Method to Obtain Winner's List

To request the name of the winner, please send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: $1,500 Gift Card Sweepstakes Winner List, 115 Perimeter Center Pl #1025, Atlanta, GA 30346, within thirty (30) days of the sweepstakes conclusion.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the Official Rules for the Sweepstakes. Participants are advised to read these rules carefully. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. You understand that you are providing your information to the owner of the Sweepstakes and not to SONY, PlayStation, Google, Meta (Facebook), Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Pinterest or any other social networks.
